By adding the Karma Intelligence Engine to your server or accessing our web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

01 Acceptance of Terms

The Karma Intelligence Engine ("the Bot") is a suite of community management and engagement tools. By using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

02 User Conduct & Fair Play

The Karma economy is designed for entertainment and community engagement. You agree not to:

• Use scripts, macros, or multiple accounts ("alts") to farm Karma.
• Use the bot to harass users or bypass server-specific moderation rules.
• Attempt to interfere with the bot's identity verification or forensic hashing protocols.

03 Virtual Currency (Karma)

Karma is a virtual point system used exclusively for engagement within Discord servers. It has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender, goods, or services outside of the bot's ecosystem.

04 Shard Administration

Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot's moderation levels. We reserve the right to reset or modify balances in cases of exploitation or server wipes.

05 Limitation of Liability

Karma is provided "as is." We are not liable for server-side disputes, loss of virtual data, or Discord account actions resulting from the use of our tools.
